Terms and Conditions
1.1 The representative booking a team into one of our tournaments must be over 18 years of age.
1.2 All reservations are accepted subject to the following conditions of Precision Pass
1.2.1 That all guests are governed by the rules and conditions of all individual establishments involved in the provision of the event of which the booking is associated.
1.2.2 That the rule that no alcohol is brought into the stadiums are strictly adhered to.
1.2.3 That the use or dealing in any drug form, theft and other criminal acts, vandalism or violence will be dealt with immediately by the police and taken out of our hands.
1.2.4 Any damages, however caused, shall have to be paid for in full and shall be the responsibility of the group leader.
CANCELLATION/LIABILITY
2.1 By Precision Pass Ltd:
2.1.1 Your attention is drawn to the standard terms and conditions Precision Pass are governed by.
2.1.2 Precision Pass reserve the right to withdraw at any time any feature as listed in the ‘Tournament Details’ on our website/literature.
2.1.3 In the unlikely event that this company has cause to postpone an event due to clashes with, for example, play-off games or a Club’s other committments, then the company will endeavour, but not guarantee, to provide an alternative date/venue. If the client cannot attend the new date, then they may transfer their entry to a future tournament.
2.1.4 Due to the unique nature of events being hosted at major sporting stadia and the unique nature of this industry, the client accepts that the above cancellations may occur at any point prior to the event. The client accepts that this is out of Precision Pass’s control and therefore the company cannot be liable for loss of costs incurred (such as travel, accommodation) or compensation for loss of opportunity.
2.1.5 We reserve the right to cancel any tournament/event up to 2 weeks before if the numbers enrolled have not reached the minimum requirement. In this case, teams will be offered a transfer to a suitable alternative event.
2.1.6 Precision Pass reserves the right to merge two age groups in the case that there are not sufficient entries to hold two separate competitions. Teams will be notified of this change. No team will ever play a team more than one year above (as per FA rules).
2.1.7 Whilst we endeavour to provide approximate timings of the day for each age group, final timings will not be confirmed until 1-2 weeks before the tournament, at which time the team organiser is sent a welcome pack via email with all finalised schedules of the tournament.
2.2 By the client(s):
2.2.1 A cancellation after payment shall be linked and governed by the terms and conditions of our contract. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day Precision Pass receive written instructions to cancel a booking. Please see below:-

Please note that all Deposits are non-refundable.
2.3 Force Majeure
2.3.1 If by reason of force majeure of any kind (including but not limited to failure or neglect on the part of any utility supplying electricity, gas or water, labour dispute, strike, civil commotion, war (or threat thereof), act or threatened act of terrorism, fire or explosion, compliance with a law or governmental order, rule. regulation or direction (including the rules of a relevant governing body or competition organiser whose rules Precision Pass must comply), extension of the FA Premier League season or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Precision Pass, or Precision Pass is or anticipates that it will be prevented or hindered from fulfilling the substance of its obligations under this Agreement then Precision Pass shall forthwith ensure that the client is aware of the occurrence of any such event and the client shall be entitled at any time thereafter, so long as such cause still subsists, to cancel or suspend this Agreement by notice in writing to the Company.
2.3.2 In the event of cancellation or suspension pursuant to clause 2.3.1 above, Precision Pass shall be under no liability to the Participants or the Spectators for any loss which they may sustain in consequence of any such cancellation or suspension. Precision Pass shall in the event of such cancellation be under no liability to the client in respect of its future obligations under this Agreement and in the event of suspension shall be relieved of such obligations under this Agreement for the period of such suspension.
2.3.3 In the event of abandonment of part or parts of Precision Pass’ obligations as aforesaid, Precision Pass will not be liable to repay to the client any part of the Licence Fee in respect of any period or periods affected by such cancellation or suspension.
PAYMENTS
3.1 All payments should be forwarded to Precision Pass, such that they arrive at least three working days before any specifiedcont deadline.
3.2 All payments for Precision Pass Tournaments are to be in the form of cheques, bank transfer, cash, credit or debit cards. All cheques are to be made payable to Precision Pass Limited.
3.3 Any payments made in error through our website will be refunded – minus a £10 administration fee which we pass on from our payment processor
3.4 Any cheques that are returned unpaid or that are represented will incur a £10 administration fee.
3.5 All payments must be received in compliance with deadlines set by Precision Pass. A 15% late payment fee (based on the full tournament price) is applicable to the client
3.6 Precision Pass reserve the right to cancel a client’s booking without any refunds should full payment not be received before a deadline. Precision Pass will endeavour to send payment reminders and contact the client.
INSURANCE
4.1 Precision Pass has insurance taken out for public liability to the value of £1million and employer’s liability to the value of £5million. It is advised players/teams take out their own accidental injury insurance for any player to player injuries.. Precision Pass will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained in our tournaments, unless there is an act of gross negligence by a member of the Precision Pass staff.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
5.1 When entering and paying for your team’s tournament entry, you are reminded that you have accepted these conditions on behalf of everyone in your group. You are therefore required to abide by all the conditions in this document
EVENT DISCLAIMER
6.1 Precision Pass will endeavour to ensure all services, amenities and football tournament events are provided with no omissions.
6.2 However the company cannot be responsible if any service amenity is not provided or any football matches are lost by inclement weather etc.
6.3 Precision Pass accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft of any vehicle that is left in the stadium car parks or surrounding areas. They are left there entirely at the owners’ risk.
6.4 You will be provided with the Precision Pass event disclaimer form and venue disclaimer from prior to your event
6.5 The number of teams in a tournament ranges between 4 – 16 teams per age group, subject to demand.
6.6 Precision Pass will endeavour to split clubs up to avoid club clashes but cannot guarantee this.
6.7 Girls teams may play one age group down in accordance with FA rules
SAFEGUARDING
Safeguarding is of paramount importance at Precision Pass events and we champion policies of The FA and NSPCC. Please email [email protected] for further information on our safeguarding policies.
VIDEO FOOTAGE & PHOTOGRAPHS
7.1 Video footage and photographs may be taking during the tournament for promotional purposes, photo souvenirs and for our tournament records. You should write to Precision Pass should you wish your child under the age of 18 to be excluded from any photographs and/or filming.
PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect and process the following data about you:
8.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information, for example when you enter a competition or promotion, and when you report a problem with our site.
8.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
8.3 Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
8.4 Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
Why we may collect your data:
8.5 To send you information packs on your registered tournaments, or provice you with updates to our tournaments.
8.6 To send you details of any of our related products/services
8.7 We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by e-mail, post or telephone.
Storage of your data:
8.8 We store personal data in password-protected databases, with access to given to restricted personnel
8.9 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Rights for access to personal data
8.9 You can ask us if we are keeping any personal data about you and you can also request to receive a copy of that personal data. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRECISION PASS SOCCER SCHOOLS AND SCHOOLS’ CUPS
9.0 To qualify for free entry to a Schools’ Cup, the fee for a minimum of 20 weeks worth of Soccer School sessions must have been
paid for and on time (i.e. before the start of each school term).
9.1 For all Tournaments and Schools’ Cups, there can be a maximum of 3 substitutes. This may be increased in exceptional circumstances, but only with the prior written permission of Precision Pass Limited.
9.2 All courses, activities, venues and travel arrangements are subject to change according to weather, venue availability, a satisfactory level of participants or other factors beyond our control. As such, we may cancel or change any courses, should this be necessary for these reasons. If we do have to cancel a course we will offer an alternative course (if available and suitable) or a full refund but we shall not have any other liability to you.
9.23 You are responsible for arranging and paying for suitable insurance to cover any injury or illness to the participant as, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under these circumstances
FITNESS
10.1 You must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly you accept all risks resulting from participation in the course.
9.We may require additional information depending on the medical information supplied to us by you before we can accept your booking.
10.2 In the event that the participant needs medical attention during any course you agree that we may provide and/or arrange for any appropriate and necessary treatment.
LIABLITY
11.1 We do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11.2 The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked on the course to any property or facilities will be passed on to you.
LOST PROPERTY
Precision Pass accept no responsibility for lost property or damaged property.
